    Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or purchasing tickets. By accessing www.alcatrazislandguide.com or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

    1. About Our Service

    Alcatraz Island Guide is an independent ticket reseller. We resell tour tickets to Alcatraz Island on behalf of customers seeking access to available tour dates and times. We are not the tour operator, ferry operator, or any government or park entity. Our role is limited to the resale of tickets and provision of booking assistance.

    Ticket prices listed on our website may be higher than prices available directly through the tour operator, as they include our service and reseller fees.

    2. Eligibility

    By using our website and purchasing tickets, you represent and warrant that:

    • You are at least 18 years of age
    • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
    • All information you provide is accurate and complete

    3. Ticket Purchases

    • All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy
    • Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated
    • We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or that we are unable to fulfill, in which case a full refund will be issued
    • It is your responsibility to review all booking details (date, time, tour type, number of guests) before completing your purchase
    • Once a booking is confirmed, changes are subject to the cancellation and refund terms outlined in our Refund Policy

    4. Service Fees

    All prices displayed on our website include our independent reseller service fee. This fee is non-refundable unless the cancellation is made within the eligible window described in our Refund Policy.

    5. Ticket Assurance Add-On

    At checkout, you may elect to purchase our optional Ticket Assurance add-on. This add-on modifies your cancellation eligibility as follows:

    • Without Ticket Assurance: Cancellations must be requested more than 72 hours before the scheduled tour time
    • With Ticket Assurance: Cancellations may be requested up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour time

    Ticket Assurance is non-refundable as a standalone item once purchased. Full details are outlined in our Refund Policy.

    6. Tour Experience Disclaimer

    Alcatraz Island Guide does not operate or manage the tours themselves. We are not responsible for:

    • Tour cancellations or modifications made by the tour operator
    • Weather-related disruptions
    • Ferry delays or service changes
    • Any experience, injury, or incident occurring during the tour
    • Changes to tour routes, audio guides, or available attractions

    In the event that a tour is canceled by the operator, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in obtaining a refund or rebooking, but we cannot guarantee outcomes beyond our control.

    7. Prohibited Conduct

    You agree not to:

    • Use our website for any unlawful purpose
    • Attempt to purchase tickets for resale without prior written consent
    • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
    • Interfere with the operation of our website or systems
    • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our content or data

    8. Intellectual Property

    All content on www.alcatrazislandguide.com, including text, graphics, logos, and images (excluding third-party content), is the property of Alcatraz Island Guide and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alcatraz Island Guide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or the tickets purchased through us. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the tickets in question.

    10. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alcatraz Island Guide, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our website, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

    11. Governing Law

    These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.

    12. Dispute Resolution

    In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact us at support@alcatrazislandguide.com so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable California law.

    13. Changes to These Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
